GXRLQ GE refrigerator water filter kit can be used with any refrigerator that does not already have a filter installed. Although GE makes the filter, which can be used with any refrigerator to clean water and ice. Once purchased the kit GXRLQ and install on your wall behind the refrigerator, air filter replacement GXRLQR can be changed by simply unscrewing the old filter and scewing the new filter.

The part numbers of GE can be very confusing, but here's a tip … "R" at the end of part number means "replacement" – and the GXRLQR is the replacement filter for the filtration system GXRLQ.

If you have a filtering system GXRTQ, and you need replacement filters … look no further. The GXRTDR (note the "R" at the end) is the replacement filter for your system.

These GE part numbers can be pretty confusing, but here’s a tip. . . the “R” at the end of the part number means “replacement” – so the GXRLQR is the replacement filter for the GXRLQ filter system.

In the old days, we would have called this the “Cadillac” of in-line water filters. Seriously. . . it’s got everything. Tool-free do-it-yourself installation, a built-in valve that automatically shuts the water off while you’re changing the filter, a replacement filter you can change with a simple quarter-turn, and a long list of contaminants.
